Legal Status

Boundless Expeditions is a dba of Wonder Voyage Missions, a legal non-profit under the jurisdiction and laws of a non-profit organization in the State of Texas. Boundless Expeditions is an educational organization and not under any particular religious affiliation.

Deposits

A deposit of $250 per person is required to secure your reservation. To secure reservations on a trip departing within 90 days, a full payment is required at the time of booking.

Final Payments

Final payment for all trips is due at least 60 days prior to departure, unless otherwise stated. Boundless Expeditions reserves the right to cancel reservations that are not paid in full at any time after final payment is due, in which case cancellation charges will apply. Program rate charts state prices per person and are based on double occupancy. Our list prices now include departure taxes, port charges, surcharges.  Government fees are not part of our list price and will be billed as separate items on your invoice.

Every effort has been made to produce pricing information accurately. Boundless Expeditions reserves the right to correct promotional or pricing errors at any time, or to increase the Trip Price in the event of cost increases due to changes in currency fluctuations, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges, or other reasons, unless you pre-paid in full.

Cancellation and Refunds

If a Boundless Expeditions voyage is cancelled because a location experiences a crisis (political, weather related, etc…) beyond our control which makes travel hazardous we will attempt to reschedule your trip to a new location during or as close to the same dates as the original trip. If you decline the new location you can receive a refund of 60% of the overall cost of the voyage.  If you do continue there will be no increase in cost.  If you decide, you can cancel your trip and apply all funds paid to date to another upcoming BE trip within a year of your original trip.  If you cancel your trip outright you will receive a refund based on the cancellation chart minus you’re a $250 processing fee.

If Boundless Expeditions cancels a scheduled trip you will be refunded any monies you have paid to date including your deposit.

If you cancel your Boundless Expeditions trip for any reason, you shall receive a refund based on the cancellation chart plus the processing fee. You may also reapply all funds paid to date, minus the date deposit, to any other BE trip within 12 months of your original trip dates minus the processing fee. If you must cancel your trip, you must do so in writing. Cancellation charges will be calculated as of the date we receive your cancellation. Cancellation charges and refunds shall be calculated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and BE’s cancellation policy. Any applicable refunds will be returned to you in the manner in which payment was made, and processed within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation.

Processing Fee: All cancellations made later than twelve days after booking are subject to a non-refundable fee of $250. This fee reflects only Boundless Expeditions costs of administering a reservation.

Cancellation Chart

Cancellation Charges Generally: Unless otherwise stated next to the program’s rate chart, you will receive a refund equal to your Trip Price less the following per-person charges. Charges shown include the $250 administrative fee.

Prior to departure $250 processing fee
90 days or more 25% of selling price*
89-60 days 50% of selling price*
59-30 days 75% of selling price
29 days—departure 100% of selling price

*Or $300—whichever is greater

If you are a no-show, if you cancel your trip after the departure date, or if you leave a trip already in progress, you will not receive any refund for any unused portion of your trip.

If you reserved a double room and are sharing with a friend or family member, and that person cancels prior to departure, you may be subject to additional single supplement and travel protection fees.

Reservation Changes

If you make changes to your reservation that affect departure city, pre- and post-trip extensions, or passport name changes between 90 and 45 days prior to departure an administrative charge of $50 per person will apply. Boundless Expeditions cannot accept any changes to reservations within 45 days of departure. If you make changes to your departure date or destination, it will be treated as a cancellation and the relevant cancellation charges will apply. Traveler substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation charges.

All traveler requests, including preferred air schedules, and special accommodations, are subject to availability and are not guaranteed, and charges may apply.

In certain circumstances, Boundless Expeditions may change the departure date of your trip or consolidate any trips that do not reach a minimum level of participation or are overbooked. In this event, you will be offered an alternative departure date or trip. If we are not able to agree upon a suitable alternative, you will be entitled to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of your trip price plus any cost you paid for the Expedition Protection Plan.

Boundless Expeditions reserves the right to cancel or shorten a trip without notice, in which event your sole remedy shall be a prorated refund for any unused portion of the trip.

Single Travelers

Most trips offer a limited number of single rooms, subject to availability and hotel space. Please see individual trip rate charts for Single Supplement costs.

Roommate matching: If you reserve a trip where sharing is possible and you would like to share a twin-bedded room with another single traveler of the same gender, Boundless Expeditions will do its best to match you with a roommate and you will not be charged a single supplement even if Boundless Expeditions is not able to match you.

A valid passport is required for U.S. citizens traveling on our international trips. You will be notified if your destination requires a visa for U.S. citizens. All passports must contain at least five blank pages and must be valid for six months after the completion of your trip.
